About Dr. Daniel Santa Mina:

Daniel Santa Mina is an Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and holds a Cancer Exercise Specialist certification from the University of Northern Colorado. Daniel completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in kinesiology and is currently completing his PhD in Kinesiology at York University with a focus on the effects of exercise during prevention and treatment for prostate cancer. Daniel has published two book chapters on exercise and prostate cancer and has presented his published research at national and international scientific conferences. Daniel currently directs the Survivorship Exercise Program at the Prostate Centre in the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.  Today, Daniel will be discussing the importance of exercise throughout the course of treatment for prostate cancer.

Daniel is an Exercise Physiologist who directs the Survivorship Exercise Program at the Prostate Centre in the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.  Daniel will be discussing the importance of exercise during treatment for prostate cancer.
